This model is most appropriate when cost is an important factor and at the same time the project needs some key technical people to work onsite and interact with the client very closely.

How it works? 

• Professional project manager and software architects and designers do considerable work at client site.
• Development and QA teams are situated in our offshore development center. 
• Requirements, architecture, prototyping, and design done mostly at client site. 
• Detailed design and development done offshore. 
• Some testing done offshore and some done at client site (through VPN or onsite visits). 
• Intermediate milestones demonstrated to the client at their location. 
• Final acceptance testing and project delivery done at client site.
